The group was discovered by television and record executive Rashad El-amin whose management credits are a whose who of former heavyweights that include Whitney Houston, Missy Elliot, Jodeci, and Donell Jones to name a few. The group sound is classified as explicit soul rap. The single "Turnin Me On" is indicative of that sound as well as "She Ain’t Got No Panties On" and their club banger "Ass So Phat".
